RANK ONE TUTORIAL
Parents can login to Rank One to complete all on-line student forms.
All Athletic Forms that are required will be submitted electronically with the exception of the UIL Pre-Participation Physical and Medical History.
The student's 6 digit ID number will be required to complete forms.
Click the link for a tutorial that will walk you through the process.
All online forms must be completed before any student athlete will be allowed to practice or tryout for any athletic team.

PHYSICALS
Physicals are required each year for all incoming 7th thru 12 grade.
Here are a couple of clinics in town that are offering physicals @ $25.
Corsicana Specialty Care Clinic @ 220 East 3rd Ave.

LBM Medical Clinic - 829 N Main Street,- Located inside the P&S Pharmacy, across from Brookshires Grocery.
Physicals prior to May 2024 will not be valid for the 2024-2025 School Year.

Football Season Tickets ends August 16th!
For anyone interested in purchasing Football Season Tickets, August 16, 2024 is the last day to buy online.
You will be able to buy single reserved seats the week of the game.

Advise your group to purchase tickets online at https://www.cisd.org/domain/1939
Discounted Price if tickets are purchased the week of the game before Friday at 1:00 pm
Also, when you arrive at either Home Side Gate, let the person at the gate know you are part of a Reunion and you will need to pick up a Reunion Wristband.
All Reunion groups will be advised to sit at the top of the Reserved Section in the bleachers.
You will be advised of a more exact location in the bleacher section at time of request
